HOLLY HEIGHTS IC INBOX | 1426

Hello, you've reached the mailbox of one Suoh Tamaki. Tragically, I can't get to phone right now, but if you leave your name, I'll call back tout de suite!

Tamaki. I'm led to understand that you are considering a relaunch of the Host Club here. If so, perhaps we might want to hasten arrangements so that we might capitalise on the festive season.

[Funny thing, new home doesn't make Tamaki's over the top typing style any more palatable. But Kyoya will refrain from commenting. This time.]

Let's not go too overboard. Our financial situations are a little different here than they were back home. I will be drawing up a budget...and of course, the ticket price will ensure we have a little extra to sustain us while we establish ourselves once more.

[He will never be used to it. Especially not so soon after being bombarded with messages while he was in France]

Get Haruhi to help you. We want an actually affordable venue, not your definition of affordable.

Oh and speaking of Haruhi...you realise people here won't be fooled if we try to pass her off as male. How does our President think we should handle that?

[He's not commenting on Christmas yet or at all. Or maybe this is his response to that "suggestion"]

Christmas mail

[Kyoya has decided to enter into the spirit of giving. By giving Tamaki the Christmas jumper the Landlord expected him to wear. As if.

He's also enclosed an Ouran patch that he's had commissioned. He can't quite afford the whole uniform yet, still being so new, but he does note that they can discuss the "official" Host Club uniform later. You know, while they're still saving up to afford the constant stream of ridiculous costumes]

[Merry Christmas my son. Makishima has actually decided to be a decent person (and father) and has gotten Tamaki something: a mysterious little jar and a scarf.

All of it comes with a card that reads: "The jar has a marimo inside. It's like a small ball of algae. It's alive, so take care of your new pet. Happy holidays, from Makishima"

[Wrapped up in a neat little bag is a holiday cookie with a card written in neat cursive.]

Merry Christmas, Prince Tamaki.

Here is to a sweet holiday.

Best holiday wishes,

Snow White.

[Hisami's present to Tamaki, wrapped in silvery paper, is an anthology of Japanese poetry. The card is simple and plain, her handwriting tidy.

Suoh-san,

Merry Christmas! I hope you are enjoying your holidays.

[ Under the tree, in packages wrapped in blue and silver paper, Tamaki will find a thin white headband, a book on bread making, a long sleeved version of this jersey, and a package of lame rice cakes.

There's a card inside one of the boxes that reads Merry Christmas! I'm proud to have you as a part of my family, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you accomplish in the new year. (And let's make sure 1456 is known to everyone as the most beautiful house in town!) - TODO ]
